The first 30 days are the ramp: we nail your ICP, build the sequence library, warm the sending infrastructure, and get LinkedIn positioned. Booked demos typically start flowing in week 3. By day 30 you're at full run-rate. Nothing we can do compresses that physics — the ramp is the product.
A booked meeting where the prospect matches your ICP criteria (industry, company size, title, and any deal-size filters you set), confirmed on the calendar with a working video link. No-shows and rescheduled meetings count only when they actually happen. You define the ICP; we hold ourselves to it.
We don't charge for a bad month. If we fall materially short of the target range in any given month (post-ramp), we issue a partial credit toward the next billing cycle. We're aligned — your success is how we grow. We'll also run a full retrospective and adjust the playbook before the next cycle starts.
You can cancel before the next billing date — no penalty, no questions. If you need to pause (hiring freeze, acquisition, etc.), we'll hold your ICP and sequence assets for up to 60 days at no charge and resume on request. Refunds for mid-month cancellations are pro-rated for work not yet delivered.
